2. Design Edits: We understand that adjustments may be necessary to achieve your desired outcome. Therefore, we allow one design edit per order. Any additional changes may incur extra charges and could extend the processing time.

3. Quality Assurance: We are committed to delivering high-quality custom signs. If you receive a product that does not match your order specifications or is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

4. Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, production may have already begun, and cancellations may not be accepted.

5. Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
